Cyprus Harbour View Villa

Cyprus Harbour View Villa is a luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom  modern villa with private gardens, pool and pool-deck in the foothills of Bellapaise overlooking Kyrenia, Cyprus. We have stunning mountain and seascape views from the shaded logia, the pool deck and the rear  BBQ deck. 

There is a beautiful large balcony through french windows from the master bedroom and upper floor, giving enhanced views of the coast, mountains and town. Under this is a large shaded Logia with lounge furniture and dining table for 6 people. The 10x5m pool (which Sadik keeps crystal clear) has a large sundeck surround with a 6 seater dining table. The built in BBQ station and sun terrace at the rear has a dining table for 6 and outdoor settees and coffee table beside the BBQ. (Perfect for drinkers to advise the BBQ chef)

We have a recently fitted fully equipped kitchen, perfect for Cordon Bleu meals or a quick snack.

There is a large living room with TV and all over WiFi. Air Con throughout with Central Heating and an open Gas fire for December and January.

The master bedroom has a super king bed, an ensuite and stunning views from the bed of the mountains. It leads onto the balcony with sun loungers an occasional table and chairs. The other two bedrooms are queen size and twin, both with two windows for a gentle breeze and wonderful views. 

The gardens are mature and attractive with lemon, orange and grapefruit trees. The vegetation gives cool shaded areas including a cool car port. The rear garden is very cool and private.

The villa is perfect for social family/friends meals but gives loads of areas for your own private space if you want to chill. 

You are only 9 mins from the old Crusader harbour with a cornucopia of restaurants and shops leading into Kyrenia Old Town. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are 4 mins. Lords Palace Beach Club is only 5 mins away and full beaches are only 10 and 20 mins drive.

  • A Pet Friendly, Non-Smoking & No Shoe Apartment. Minimum Age of Responsible Adult is 25. If there is not at least one adult of 25 years in the group the booking will be cancelled, access will not be permitted and there will be no refund. Pets are welcome but permission must be asked. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. If there are pet hairs in these areas will incur £100 cleaning charge. Smoking indoors will incur an additional £300 charge.

Your Host - Lyn Fawcett

I come from a hotel background and have been a senior lecturer in hospitality and tourism management for over 30 years. My family has been running self catering holiday homes in the Giants Causeway Coast line and Kyrenia in Northern Cyprus for over 15 years. These are our holiday homes that we use for ourselves as we enjoy both locations immensely. Because of this they are equipped more like home then as a rental property. We always get great feedback from our visitors, many of whom return year and year again.
