Cyprus Harbour View Penthouse

We are located on the outskirts of the lovely old Crusader town of Kyrenia in Northern Cyprus. The Penthouse is only 7 minutes walk from the old harbour with its lovely castle and restaurants. Clothes, souvenir and handbag shopping is just beside the old harbour.

Our penthouse overlooks the new harbour and has lovely views of the sea and the mountains. As we are part of the town there is an eclectic mix of housing, shops and restaurants, which makes it all very convenient. Our guests enjoy being part of the community which is very friendly.

For those of you new to the North of Cyprus there is the slight downside that the locals tend to drop litter so any public spaces can appear untidy to our Northern European standards.  Fortunately, we have a very good caretaker who keeps our private courtyard and poolside clean and tidy.

  • A Pet Friendly, Non-Smoking & No Shoe Apartment. Minimum Age of Responsible Adult is 25. If there is not at least one adult of 25 years in the group the booking will be cancelled, access will not be permitted and there will be no refund. Pets are welcome but permission must be asked. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture. If there are pet hairs in these areas will incur £100 cleaning charge. Smoking indoors will incur an additional £300 charge.

Your Host - Lyn Fawcett

I come from a hotel background and have been a senior lecturer in hospitality and tourism management for over 30 years. My family has been running self catering holiday homes in the Giants Causeway Coast line and Kyrenia in Northern Cyprus for over 15 years. These are our holiday homes that we use for ourselves as we enjoy both locations immensely. Because of this they are equipped more like home then as a rental property. We always get great feedback from our visitors, many of whom return year and year again.
