Living Areas
The large living room has windows on three sides, French windows onto the pool terrace and onto the shady veranda make the space very flexible and open. For our winter visitors there is an open fire. |

Kitchen
The kitchen is large and very well equipped to allow you to enjoy simple to gourmet meals depending on your choice. A water cooler and a large fridge and freezer make sure that there is oodles of cool drinks available for everyone. |

Bedrooms
All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a lovely inglenook window seat and large French windows to enjoy the magnificent views. The second and third bedroom each have window and French windows to enjoy the views of the mountains and the sea.
The bedrooms are air-conditioned and have lots of wardrobe and cupboard space for storage. |

Main bathroom with telephone shower, basin and toilet. Ensuite with shower, basin and toilet. Downstairs basin and toilet. All have oodles of storage in built under vanity units. |

The house has off road parking for two cars including sheltered parking for one. |

Downstairs there are massive French Windows from every room, on every wall leading out onto a shaded veranda, the poolside terrace, the rear BBQ area and terrace give tremendous openness of space. You can shelter under the veranda and enjoy the mountain and sea views with a cool drink while your friends are soaking up the sun and the pool and the BBQ king is grilling some fresh fish for lunch. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas depending on your choice. |

The house is very private in the low hills of Ozankoy yet is only 5 minutes drive from the centre of Kyrenia. |
